Re: Rights of Crime Victims in Canada
Dear Sirs

Violent crime is increasing in Canadian Cities and Crime Victims rights continue to erode with little or no protection or support for those who have become most vulnerable.

Faith in our Justice system is at an all time low and its time that Parliament introduces positive change for the future and safety of all Canadians and their families.

I enclose an amendment to our sovereign instrument, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, created by the Canadian Crime Victim Foundation that I believe will create balance within Canada’s judicial system for all Canadians.

I firmly believe that the proposed amendment will not only provide desperately needed rights for Canada’s most vulnerable population but will go a long way to restoring faith in our Justice system

I respectfully request that you review the attached amendment and advise me if you would be prepared to support its introduction for discussion in the House of Commons.

If you have any questions please direct them to the Canadian Crime Victim Foundation, attention, Mr. Joe Wamback at ccvf@ccvf.net, or contact me in writing.

I look forward to your earliest reply.

Sincerely
